  • The Permian Basin Workforce Board is soliciting quotes from commercial banks to provide its banking services. The purpose of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to test the market to assure that PBWDB is receiving the optimum level of service at a competitive price. The bank awarded this service will become PBWDB’s main depositor of its funds.   The RFQ document includes the details for this procurement including PBWDB’s banking needs, the details for submitting a proposal, the required documents for a responsive proposal, and the timelines for the RFQ.
