Child Care

Permian Basin Workforce Board offers financial assistance for child care services to low-income families throughout the 17 counties of the Permian Basin. The goal of the child care program is to help families who meet income level requirements to become selfsufficient by providing child care services. The child care program also strives to support the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children through parent education, provider mentorship, support and the promotion of school readiness. If you are a parent or caregiver, visit our resources page for more information on parenting classes and community resources.

To be eligible for child care services, families must meet income guidelines and actively be job searching, working, in school, or in a job training program. Find out if you meet initial income guidelines, visit the eligibility page.
