The Permian Basin Workforce Board serves 17 counties in the region, which includes Andrews, Borden, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gainee, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler. In order to make our services available to all customers, we have five centers across the region: Odessa, Midland, Big Spring, Pecos and Fort Stockton.
