The Permian Basin Workforce Board is a non-profit organization.
Utilizing the various methods of procurement, the Permian Basin Workforce Board solicits products and services from
the community at large. All proposals will be screened for inclusion of all required information and evaluated by a
committee. Once the committee evaluates and ranks all proposals received, a recommendation is made to Executive
Management. We strongly encourage all vendors to read all sections of the procurement notices and adhere to the
submission instructions.

Child Care Quality Conference 2026.
The Permian Basin Workforce Board is releasing a Request for Qualifications for Child Care Conferences. The RFQ document provides the details of the service to be purchased, the requirements to submit a proposal, and the required forms which are part of the RFQ document.
Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing by April 7, 2026. All proposals are due by Noon Central Time on April 14, 2026. All questions and the responses to the RFQ are to be emailed to pbprocurement@workforcepb.org
