Provider Mentorship
The Permian Basin Workforce Board is committed to supporting early childhood programs through ongoing mentorship, guidance, and quality improvement services. Our mentoring team works alongside providers to strengthen classroom practices, support Texas Rising Star (TRS) participation, and help create high-quality learning environments for children and families. We believe mentorship is built on collaboration, encouragement, and meaningful relationships that help providers grow with confidence while supporting positive outcomes for children.
